The main ingredients:
150g minced chicken meat.
150g minced beef.
1 whole chicken egg, take the egg yolk

How to make fried meatballs:
1. Combine minced chicken, minced beef, flour, egg yolks, and seasonings, and mix until blended into dough balls.
